How do I play Fable III after this download?

I downloaded Fable III but opened the folder it came in to find a bunch of files titled sr-fable3.r00 - sr-fable3.r80. there is also one called sr-fable3.rar, sr-fable3.sfv, and skidrow.nfo. there are also internet shortcuts that appear to be ads
