When is it time to leave a church?

the main organization has a form to fill out before going on a mission trip stating you will not pray proselitize or preach. many things are done against biblical teaching. people don't want to lift a finger for christ. won't hardly support missionaries. there are a few good people in the church but for the most part it is just a core group. the other are just pew warmers
