I need a computer genius?

When to sign up for a service. I sign up for something and they promise they will bill on a certain date but all of a sudden it is a referral to another entity (which sends me to another site) which refers me to the original site (no one is to blame) They all want late charges. Is there a way to co-ordinate payment dates. I was with companies for 40+ years when the SEC allowed mergers (which promised things would be better). I now have much service I do not or use and service charges up the posterior because they have so many customers. Is there a company that will let you sign up and be billed in 30 days?
