Double integral when plane cylindrical co-ordinate convert into polar cordinates?

the difference is that the polar coord. have 2 integrals while the cylindrical has the same two as the polar, and 1 more, the z , since polar are in 2d, and cylind, are in 3d, so most likely you will need to convert it into an integral for the z axis too
