Dude when it says they don't get along, that just means it'll take longer for them to make an egg, and the number of steps taken is what matters. They'll make one just it'll take longer. So put ditto bake in and just keep walking. Or you could get another charizard that is female and breed them that way, cuz the female poke species determines the egg's species.
