How do I get videos off my ipod to work on TV and Computer?

I have an Ipod touch 4 and when I record vidoes on it they work great on the ipod but when i put them on my computer they look like stop motion or something. I drag the vidoes from the ipod folder under my computer when its plugged in to the computer. I put the video that i transferred to the computer on to my memory stick and then put it in my xbox 360 to watch on TV and the sound was about a minute delayed and was like stop motion again. is there any way to get them to work like a normal video on computer and xbox
