How to install game and applications by Sd card for htc droid incredible?

Hi guys . I have just bought Htc incredible S , and i don't have connection to direct download from network to the phone . so i have to download apps by folder on my pc then to phone . it will be very kind of you if give me some links for direct download by folder or zip and then how to install it on the phone
