How to transfer music from ipod to itunes library?

Ive watched videos on how to do it but when they do it it looks different from what mine looks like. There are supposed to be like 4 folders to choose from and then your supposed to show hidden files.. I only have one file called DCIM and when i try to show hidden files nothing happens.. Please help!!
